RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to return an item, contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Please include in your email:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Product Name
- Quantity
- Reason
Return Conditions
- If an item is returned due to our error, we will pay return shipping. If an item is returned for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item.
- An item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging.
- Refunds are for the purchase price only, and do not including shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed immediately after receiving the item, however your bank or credit card company may take several days processing it into your account.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
- If the item was a gift, the gift giver is refunded.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of an order as long as it has not yet shipped.
- If the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for refund, not including shipping costs.
We do not accept exchanges. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Items damaged in transit are exchange only. Pics of all damaged shipment must be sent to sharon@accentbottlelights.com
